“…Since the eLearning deployment on the Defence Restricted Network,
over 30,000
course completions have
been registered, with
each user completing
all
system
simulations to the
required 100% accuracy.
End users have been
successfully trained in
all
major centres across
Australia, as well as the
Middle East,
South East Asia and other
locations involving deployed ships and Defence units.
Context sensitive online help has
been deployed to 5000 end users across the
Defence Restricted Network, who are now
supported by a repository containing
Cue Cards, Quick Reference Guides and Simulations for over 400 SAP transactions.
The entire Defence and
contractor team were
joint winners of the ‘Best SAP

for 2008.
Overall the project was

Even though we've seldom needed to contact your Customer Support department,
they have
always reminded us that they were there
to assist if needed. The initial
training that we received
was sufficient enough to allow us to create several effective
and impressive
training packages.
The product upgrades that we've just observed
would be welcome enhancements to the system.
It has been a pleasure doing business with Epiance.

We are all genuinely impressed by your dedication and responsiveness, and your support teams are a credit to your organisation.

Director - knowledgeable
I cannot put into words how proud I am of your staff.
First of all, we want to thank for all your team support and patience during the training. Following are my key observations from the training.
The tools are very simplistic and easy to use.
All Base files and Meta files are in XML format (File extensions may be custom to Epiance) from all editors. Which I am thinking, will make our integration easy.
The visual interfaces which are there in workflow design and project design are very user intuitive. And the representation of flow
in the knowledge objects will make the end-user to understand the process very easily.
The out-put formats which are there in the simdoc-editor are excellent; a person can play, try, test and read the doc of a process. And the same capture can be used for documentation and also for the cue card generation.
