After studying engineering in Staffordshire, England Michael worked for the ITT Corporation in technology solutions later managing a performance consulting business in London. He has a proven track record of sales growth and performance improvement managing businesses both in Europe and the United States.Michael's knowledge and expertise in technology training and performance solutions spans more than 15 years. Michael manages the overall operations of the business from his UK base and brings a specific focus and expertise to sales & marketing with Partner & Reseller recruitment and support high on his agenda.

Shekar has worked for over 16 years in various Software Companies around the globe with a variety of senior product development
and management roles. Educated with a Post Graduate studies in USA , achieving a MS degree in Computer Science having previously completed BS in Chemical Engineering from IT BHU, he has passion for any new algorithms and always relishes challenges.
He is currently responsible for the entire global product rollout right from its definition and development, to release to the market.
He is also responsible for the Global backend customer support function.


Jack Torbiner
Senior Vice President & General Manager (APAC)

Jack has considerable working experience in the design and delivery of technical training and performance solutions throughout Asia
Pacific. He holds a BA in Education and post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Development and Business Management.
With over 20 years experience in the design and deployment of learning and performance technologies, Jack has been both distributor
and a service provider of these technologies.  He carries overall management responsibility for operations in the Asia Pacific (APAC)
markets bringing to the fore his expertise in positioning sophisticated learning and performance products. In addition, he carries
the broader corporate role of product positioning strategist.
