independent business
through a Management Buy-Out (MBO) in September 2007. The award winning technology of

corner stone of the new businesses focus with addition of a Performance Consulting practice. The new company Epiance Software Pvt Ltd
is headquartered in Bangalore India with operations
in Melbourne, Australia and Japan. The original company was founded in 2001 in Fairfax, Virginia.
